Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on creative and high volume talent sourcing, largely within the engineering field
- End-to-end vacancy management including role creation, hiring manager briefings, CV reviewing, interview scheduling, and offer management
- Collaborate on strategic sourcing initiatives to engage passive talent
- Build and track candidate pipelines to provide insights to the wider team
- Maintain the ATS (Workable) ensuring 100% accuracy
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to target underrepresented groups

The Role We are looking for a motivated Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to enable us to reach ambitious hiring targets. You will focus on building candidate pipelines for our live roles as well as managing a small number of roles end-to-end and supporting the team with other related tasks. Your primary focus will be Tech roles but you should be comfortable working on a range of positions as required. The role will support the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager and the wider People Team where needed.

Responsibilities
- Lead on creative and high volume talent sourcing, largely within the engineering field
- End-to-end vacancy management to include: Role creation and posting Hiring manager briefings CV reviewing and telephone screening Interview scheduling and feedback, ensuring each candidate has a great interviewing experience with Lyst Offer management
- Collaborate with the team on strategic sourcing initiatives to engage passive talent
- Build and track candidate pipelines to provide effective insights to the wider team
- Maintain the ATS (Workable) ensuring 100% accuracy
- Building effective sourcing strategies to target underrepresented groups
Requirements
- Must have prior experience recruiting for technology roles in a fast-paced company (In-house/RPO/embedded or agency)
- You have some experience of working to punchy delivery targets
- Belief that hiring is process-driven and have a strong focus on candidate experience
- You are familiar with Boolean search strings, advanced sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- You enjoy blending creativity and processes in your mission to find exceptional talent
- You're data driven and constantly look at past efforts to iterate and improve your work
- You communicate clearly and persuasively both in writing and speaking
- Awareness that a resilient and a positive attitude is important in a team
- You are have proficiency with tools such as G Suite, Slack and ATS systems (Workable ideally)
