Recruitment Specialist – Early Careers & Contingent Workforce

Hourly Rate: £17.32 PAYE

Hybrid working: 1-2 days per week

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment experiences and shaping the future workforce? We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the Early Careers & Contingent teams within the Recruitment Operations function at BAE Systems Plc .

About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class recruitment service, supporting our Early Careers recruitment programmes. Reporting to the Early Careers Team Manager, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to attract, engage, and hire high-potential individuals into our early talent programmes.
