Summary: As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the Human Resources team, focusing on developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment programs, engaging with multiple teams, and optimizing recruitment processes based on insights. This position requires strong relationship-building skills and expertise in candidate assessments and recruitment systems. The role is full-time for a duration of 7 months, ending in August.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internship and graduate recruitment programs.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline and enhance the organization's presence.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Expert proficiency in Candidate Assessments is required.
  • Recruiting Systems at an Expert level of proficiency is recommended.
  • Recruitment Process Design, Regulatory Compliance, Branding, and Candidate Interviewing at Advanced or Expert proficiency levels are suggested.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage events to engage potential candidates.
  • Optimize recruitment strategies based on campus insights.
