Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking full ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles and career levels.
  • Building and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines during periods of peak hiring.
  • Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, senior stakeholders, and wider talent teams to drive results.
  • Proactively sourcing top talent using a mix of job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Developing data-led search strategies to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the organisation’s culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience through clear, consistent communication.
  • Using hiring data and insights to track progress, spot gaps, and refine your approach.
  • Ensuring full compliance with hiring policies and relevant labour regulations.

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house).
  • Exposure to both tech (engineering, product, data) and non-tech (operations, marketing, CX) roles.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple requisitions under tight timelines.
  • Strong sourcing capability, with experience in proactive talent mapping and pipeline building.
  • A data-driven mindset, using metrics to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Excellent organisational skills and stakeholder management ability.
  • Confident, clear communicator with strong influencing skills.

This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong partnerships, and is motivated by measurable impact. You’ll be embedded within a collaborative talent function, reporting into a Talent Delivery Manager, and playing a critical role in ensuring hiring goals are met at speed and scale. This is a hands-on, execution-driven opportunity where you’ll truly own your hiring pipelines from start to finish.
