Key Responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles and career levels.
- Building and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines during periods of peak hiring.
- Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, senior stakeholders, and wider talent teams to drive results.
- Proactively sourcing top talent using a mix of job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Developing data-led search strategies to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the organisation’s culture, values, and opportunities.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience through clear, consistent communication.
- Using hiring data and insights to track progress, spot gaps, and refine your approach.
- Ensuring full compliance with hiring policies and relevant labour regulations.
