Summary: The Recruiter role is a hands-on position focused on driving high-quality hiring across various functions, particularly in Product and Tech. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating closely with senior leadership. This position requires a proactive approach to engage exceptional talent and ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2-3 days in the office per week, with an immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, ensuring a smooth and professional process for all stakeholders.
- Proactively source, map, and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and innovative approaches.
- Leverage your established network in across the UK to fill roles quickly and effectively.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, advising on market trends and best practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in Product and Tech.
- Manage candidate compliance processes, including right-to-work checks and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment administration, reporting, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS.
- Deliver a high standard of service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring excellent communication and follow-through.
- Work collaboratively within the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
