Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist role focuses on sourcing and recruiting top-tier leadership talent to drive business results within a multinational technology company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Recruitment Leader to maintain visibility into current and upcoming leadership openings.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build a strong pipeline of management and executive-level talent.
  • Leverage networks, industry research, cold outreach, and recruitment tools to identify and engage top candidates.
  • Utilize all available resources to attract the best candidates for each role.
  • Measure recruitment effectiveness using data and metrics to drive accountability throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Stay compliant with HR and legal hiring practices while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
  • Tackle tough-to-fill positions with resilience and creativity.
  • Efficiently track candidates, manage workflows, and report on outcomes using recruitment tools and databases.
