Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Recruitment Leader to maintain visibility into current and upcoming leadership openings.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build a strong pipeline of management and executive-level talent.
- Leverage networks, industry research, cold outreach, and recruitment tools to identify and engage top candidates.
- Utilize all available resources to attract the best candidates for each role.
- Measure recruitment effectiveness using data and metrics to drive accountability throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Stay compliant with HR and legal hiring practices while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
- Tackle tough-to-fill positions with resilience and creativity.
- Efficiently track candidates, manage workflows, and report on outcomes using recruitment tools and databases.
