Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver the full cycle of the talent acquisition process.
- Maintain and build talent pools/networks to ensure a steady supply of top candidates.
- Keep recruitment data up-to-date on systems.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to the sign-off process and supply new hire details to the Service Delivery team for processing.
- Manage a variety of recruitment projects that aim to improve the approach to sourcing talent.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in-house recruiter.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and staying updated with the best sourcing practices and market trends.
- Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
