Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting HR-led recruitment projects and process improvements
  • Travelling to various office locations when needed (travel expenses covered)

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with strong headhunting skills
  • Creative, proactive mindset – ability to think beyond the job ad
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent platforms
  • Confident communicator who can engage at all levels

In-House Recruiter (6-Month FTC) Hybrid – 1/2 office days per week ideally. Offices are in Wednesbury, Sheffield, or Tamworth areas - we are open to locations! | Immediate Start

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our internal Talent team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Senior HR Business Partner, supporting national hiring needs with a particular focus on asbestos-related roles.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across our asbestos entity
  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
