Summary: The Recruiter role is a 3-month fixed-term contract focused on sourcing and hiring sales talent while enhancing talent acquisition processes. The position requires a proactive approach to building relationships with stakeholders and managing the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and gaining buy-in from clients for project delivery strategies, including sourcing and onboarding elements.
  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and HR.
  • Creating and posting job adverts while managing applications professionally.
  • Directly sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates.
  • Screening applicants and presenting shortlists to relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing the candidate journey in a professional manner.
  • Utilising and maintaining the ATS and other project systems.
  • Writing updates and analysing relevant business data.
  • Staying aware of market trends and competitors.
  • Complying with company standards on values and ethics.

Recruiter - 3 month FTC - 3 days office based - Start Immediately!

What will I be doing? Working to deliver amazing results for both finding & hiring amazing new sales talent and to help improve and enhance TA processes and capability along the way. Your technical expertise, agility, professionalism, dedication, ‘can do’ attitude, and willingness to pull out the stops to deliver, will be what makes you successful in this role. Typical activities all hang off your main goals of sourcing fantastic candidates whilst delivering a rock star client experience and equally awesome candidate experience – enhancing the brand of both our client and Join Talent.

Typical activities include:

  • Creating & gaining buy in from the client for the strategy to deliver the project – includes EBM, sourcing, channels, assessment & onboarding elements
  • Building strong relationships with a range of client stakeholders including Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR & TA as applicable – positioning yourself and JOIN Talent as trusted partners who get stuff done but also understand and protect the brand, culture and values of our client
  • Creating and posting job adverts using client brand guidelines and managing all applications in a professional manner
  • Directly sourcing and headhunting for suitable candidates that match the requirements of the role
  • Screening applicants to present a shortlist to the relevant people
  • Talking Hiring Managers through the shortlist of candidates
  • Managing the candidate journey in a professional and candidate-centric manner

Role Requirements

  • Extensive Sales Hiring experience: sourcing and screening sales candidates with speed and skill is essential
