The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while attracting top talent into the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate roles.
- Lead the recruitment across UK, EMEA and Asia
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage high-calibre talent through multiple channels.
- Manage the interview process from briefing through to offer stage.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Work proactively to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
About You
- Previous experience recruiting mid and senior-level professionals in an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Experience within luxury retail, luxury hospitality or a premium customer-focused environment is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- A proactive, hands-on recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing and candidate management skills.
- Available to start at short notice or immediately.
