Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive assessments and develop tailored recovery and support plans
- Manage a caseload, providing structured one-to-one and group-based interventions
- Support individuals to engage with treatment options, services, and wider recovery opportunities
- Proactively manage risk and reduce harm, ensuring safe and effective interventions
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant record keeping and reporting
- Support individuals to build resilience, independence, and long-term recovery goals
Key Skills:

We are now looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join our East Sussex service—someone who can bring skill, empathy, and professionalism to support people on their recovery journey.
About The Role
This is a role where your work directly impacts people’s lives. As a Recovery Coordinator, you will take the lead in coordinating personalised recovery journeys , supporting individuals affected by drug and/or alcohol use to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

Location & contract

Hours 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Contract Fixed Term until 20 May 2027
Salary Subject to review in line with the 2025/26 pay award
Please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
