Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from patients and healthcare professionals.
- Deal with patients face to face to book appointments and provide support and signposting.
- Handle registrations both temporary and full.
- Take messages and respond to queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely data is available to the clinical team.
- Signpost and prioritize patients to the most appropriate care.
- Provide prompt, professional, and informed responses to all callers.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Support with prescription queries and organizing transport.
- Provide Reception cover or any other duties within reason in support of the service.
