About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is working with established primary schools across Harrow to find a committed Reception Teacher for September 2026. The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Reception is a unique and exciting year - bridging early childhood and formal schooling. You will deliver the EYFS curriculum through a balance of structured teaching and purposeful, child-led play, with a strong focus on phonics, early reading, mathematics and personal development.

You will use the EYFS framework and Development Matters to plan, observe and assess each child's progress, working alongside teaching assistants and SENCO staff to ensure every child is supported, including those with SEND and EAL needs.
