Summary: The Real Estate Product Delivery Analyst role at HSBC involves maintaining and developing the Yardi IA system within a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operational oversight of the Yardi IA Voyager platform
- Implement key features and automation of the Yardi IA system
- Manage the development/improvement workbook and collaborate with business and system development
- Planning, prioritisation, analysis of requirements, gap analysis, co-design solutions, end-to-end testing, and post-implementation support
- Identify solutions to satisfy business requirements, including system and process changes
- Support client and system migration, providing post-implementation support to BAU teams
- Deliver the Real Estate portfolio and support the Yardi Application owner in setting delivery strategy
- Promote an environment of inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and trust
- Maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Review operational/systematic processes to enhance controls, promote automation, and increase efficiency
- Identify risks and apply effective risk management techniques
- Maintain process documents and training guides
- Contribute to team efficiencies and resource allocation
Key Skills:
- Sound knowledge of Real Estate
- Knowledge of Yardi Investment Accounting modules and Yardi Voyager
- Experience implementing and configuring large Yardi Voyager systems
- Experience supporting Yardi Investment Accounting module
- Experience with Extract Transform and Load (ETL) functionality
- Desirable knowledge of Yardi loan module and Debt Manager
- Experience with Yardi Commercial module
- Data migrations on Yardi Investment Accounting projects
- Change delivery practices using Jira or similar solutions
- Writing SQL queries and YSR reports
- Using Yardi Voyager to troubleshoot helpdesk tickets
- Delivery of training on Yardi IA functionality

HSBC are currently searching for a Real Estate Product Delivery Analyst to join their team in London. Within this position, you will join a team of business analysts within product delivery and will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of Yardi IA. This role will include process design and business requirement specification; support data flow developments and system configuration; report developer and providing support for the Ops team.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operational oversight of the Yardi IA Voyager platform
- Actively working to implement key features and automation of the Yardi IA system
- Actively manage the development/improvement workbook and work alongside the business, Yardi & system development to ensure resolutions are sought in a timely manner
- Planning; prioritisation; analysis of requirements; gap analysis; co-design solutions; end to end testing activities; implementation and post-implementation support.
- Analysing and identifying solutions to satisfy business requirements - including changes to the system and business processes
- Support client migration, system migration/parallel and provide post implementation support to BAU teams
- Delivery of the Real Estate portfolio
- Support the Yardi Application owner in setting the delivery strategy and drive standards across the team for efficiency and effective delivery
- Deliver better outcomes with stakeholders, aligning to a “Front-to-Back” sustainable product and operating model
- Actively challenge the status quo, seeking to improve ways of working and having a forward-thinking mindset, in line with the Group’s Values and Strategy

Experience Required (Mandatory):
- Sound knowledge of Real Estate
- Sound knowledge of Yardi Investment Accounting modules and Yardi Voyager
- Successful experience implementing and configuring large Yardi Voyager systems
- Demonstrated experience directly supporting Yardi Investment Accounting module
- Experience with Extract Transform and Load (ETL) functionality
Experience Required (Desirable):
- Yardi loan module, including Debt Manager
- Yardi Commercial module
- Data migrations on Yardi Investment Accounting projects
- Change delivery practices, including using Jira (or similar solutions) to manage and track task delivery
- Writing SQL queries and YSR reports
