Reactive Maintenance Lead

Summary: The Reactive Maintenance Lead role involves overseeing maintenance activities for a chemical project in West Yorkshire, England. Key Responsibilities:

• Working alongside existing engineers, managers, and directors.
• Leading and/or supporting the team, offering input into maintenance reviews and site improvement plans.
• Supporting and advising key client stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining maintenance/reliability schedules, statements, and manuals.
• Other tasks in-keeping with the maintenance role.
• Managing and maintaining equipment and advising the buying department.
• Supporting internal and external training delivery.

Key Skills:

• Qualified mechanical engineer.
• Relevant prior experience in maintenance.
• Experience with managing mechanical-led energy and/or chemicals plant maintenance.
