Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead in public sector or large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong front-end expertise with React and TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js (preferred) and/or .NET Core
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture, front-end performance, and client-server integration
- Test-driven development approach with experience in:
