Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Drive technical design and implementation of new features, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
  • Promote modern architectural patterns, such as modular design and state management best practices (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX/UI, and backend developers.
  • Review code, mentor team members, and lead by example in delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to strategic technical decisions.

Key Skills:

  • 5-8 years of experience in front-end or mobile development, with a strong focus on React Native.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile performance optimization, and component-based architecture.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile development workflows, debugging, testing (Jest, Detox), and CI/CD.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring developers and promoting coding standards.
  • Experience with native Android/iOS development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Expo, Fastlane, or other app deployment tools.
  • Exposure to agile environments and DevOps practices.
