Summary: As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and quality of mobile applications, leading development efforts while promoting best practices. This role requires collaboration with product managers and designers to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. You will also mentor team members and contribute to strategic technical decisions, ensuring high standards in code quality and maintainability. Your expertise in React Native and modern JavaScript will be crucial in driving the success of the mobile development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Drive technical design and implementation of new features, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Promote modern architectural patterns, such as modular design and state management best practices (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX/UI, and backend developers.
- Review code, mentor team members, and lead by example in delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
Key Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in front-end or mobile development, with a strong focus on React Native.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile performance optimization, and component-based architecture.
- Solid knowledge of mobile development workflows, debugging, testing (Jest, Detox), and CI/CD.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring developers and promoting coding standards.
- Experience with native Android/iOS development is a plus.
- Familiarity with Expo, Fastlane, or other app deployment tools.
- Exposure to agile environments and DevOps practices.
