Summary: The role of React / Angular Engineer involves supporting the delivery of enterprise-scale AI-enabled transformation programmes for major UK clients. The engineer will work within agile teams to design, build, and deploy scalable front-end applications integrated with AI-driven platforms. Key responsibilities include developing high-quality applications, building reusable components, and collaborating with various teams. The position is contract-based and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality front-end applications using React or Angular (with TypeScript)
- Build reusable components and scalable UI architectures
- Integrate with APIs and backend services (ideally .NET / C#)
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and product teams across onshore/offshore delivery
- Contribute to performance optimisation, testing and engineering best practice
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in React and/or Angular with TypeScript in enterprise environments
- Proven track record delivering production-grade web applications
- Experience with API integration and modern front-end tooling (e.g. REST, CI/CD)
- Exposure to .NET / C# backend desirable
- Comfortable working in agile, large-scale programme or consulting environments
