Summary: The RDC IT Infrastructure & Information Security Project Manager at Allianz Technology Malaysia is tasked with overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IT infrastructure and cloud-related projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Good Understanding and experience in IT Infrastructure, Security and cloud technologies.
  • Prompt coordination with business units, technical team, governance team and service provider on project implementation plan.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.
  • Identify and report project issues, slippage of tasks or milestone and project risks and facilitate timely resolution.
  • Eliminate impediments and actively address issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the project.
  • Provides timely reports on project status, budget spending, risks and issues to enable early visibility into project performance for better decision making by the authorized person or committee.
  • Promotes and take accountability for project quality, opportunity to improve delivery.
  • Manage project changes, ensuring any changes to the project baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered.
  • Adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct.
  • Management and coordination of all cross-functional initiatives with organizational impact.
  • Ensures PMO practice, documentations, approach and governance processes are applied consistently.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.

The RDC IT Infrastructure & Information Security Project Manager in Allianz Technology Malaysia, Regional Delivery Center (RDC) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects including IT Infrastructure and cloud related projects to ensure they remain on schedule, within scope, on budget, and uphold quality standards. Assisting the Head of Department in effectively allocating resources, balancing project demands with available capacity. Creating and executing project work plans, revising them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
