Summary: The Range & Space Planning Assistant role at Holland & Barrett involves supporting the Space Planning team on various projects related to retail space and merchandising. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Space Planners on projects during planning, prep & delivery, and deputise when required.
• Own the creation & updating of selected groups of planograms during the range review process.
• Lead small projects to support the Space Planner, managing planogram updates & stakeholder engagement.
• Manage the product sample process ensuring availability for accurate project reviews & sign-offs.
• Ensure accuracy of product dimension data for planograms and implementation in stores.
• Assist Space Planners with collation & validation of space & performance data.
• Action physical merchandising builds within the head office ‘mock shop’ cross-functionally.
• Coordinate the stores feedback process, ensuring timely responses to queries.
• Support all store merchandising trials and projects as needed.
• Help maintain the range review Mockshop from a merchandising perspective.
