Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients in your portfolio, delivering excellent service.
• Help clients match the right financial products and services to their unique needs.
• Manage the full risk profile and framework in your portfolio.
• Handle onboarding, KYC, AML, and ongoing due diligence requirements.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance client experience.
• Identify referrals for other areas of the business and opportunities matching client needs.
• Responsible for a subset of VAT returns for your client group.

Key Skills:

• At least five years' experience in an administrative or customer-facing role within banking.
• Professional Banker Certificate from the CBI.
• Good knowledge of banking procedures and a proven track record of exceptional customer service.
• An interest in horse racing (preferred).
• Degree-level education or equivalent (preferred).
