Summary: The R2R SAP Process Lead is responsible for designing and deploying processes while managing operational support and continuous improvement initiatives within the GBSO process area. This role involves leading a team to ensure the effective operation of existing processes through monitoring and troubleshooting, as well as driving efficiency and automation in line with Lonza's needs. The position requires significant experience in finance and accounting, particularly in leadership roles related to R2R or financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and deployment of processes within the GBSO process area.
• Assume full ownership of operational support and project support.
• Lead a team to ensure smooth running of activities in existing processes.
• Monitor processes and perform hands-on troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement through approved projects and OE initiatives.
• Stay updated with recent technology and innovations to enhance efficiency and automation.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting or operational excellence roles.
• 5+ years in leadership positions.

• Good understanding of GBSO workstreams.
