Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize financial reporting, tax reporting, and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across global regions, including EMEA.
  • Collaborate closely with reporting teams, tax auditors, and regional stakeholders to support audit processes and future system enhancements.
  • Maintain and improve accounting processes, including setting up master data, managing fixed asset runs, and refining end-to-end workflows.
  • Leverage systems such as CHH Tagetik and interface tools to streamline budgeting, treasury, and reporting functions.
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, compliance standards, and SOX regulations, with a focus on GDPR and other relevant data protection requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and finance, translating business needs into system solutions and process improvements.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial systems and controls.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax reporting, and auditing processes.
  • Experience with Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
  • Experience with CHH Tagetik is a significant advantage.
  • Interface experience and familiarity with budgeting and treasury systems are beneficial.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes, master data setup, and fixed asset management.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance, GDPR, and international financial regulations.
  • Prior experience working within or supporting EMEA or global regions is preferred.
  • Law firm experience.
