Summary: The Royal College of Radiologists is seeking an E-learning Project Manager for the Radiology Integrated Training Initiative (R-ITI) to lead the redevelopment of a prestigious e-learning program. This 18-month fixed-term role involves overseeing the lifecycle of over 300 digital learning modules, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the project's financial sustainability. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing radiology education across the UK and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of selected R-ITI modules marked for redevelopment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Ensure overall quality control of newly developed content.
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SMEs, e-learning developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing necessary support and troubleshooting queries.
- Manage project budgets and report any potential spending variances.
Key Skills:
- Excellent project management skills with evidence of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
- Experience working with busy stakeholders, especially on a voluntary basis.
- Experience developing e-learning content and working with digital learning platforms.
- Experience collaborating with doctors or other medical professionals is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
