Summary: Expleo is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer for a contract role in Warwickshire, focusing on innovative product and technology development. Key Responsibilities:
- Improving and developing new products, components, and technologies.
- Ensuring research and design methodologies meet established scientific and engineering standards.
- Supporting the development of business plans and budgets for new products.
- Analysing quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and translating insights into viable engineering solutions.
- Delivering technical presentations to customers and industry stakeholders.
- Monitoring project outcomes to ensure delivery against technical, functional, cost, and timing targets.
- Supporting product regulatory approval processes where applicable.
- Managing complex projects or processes with minimal supervision.
- Coaching and supporting junior engineers.
- Tackling challenging and often complex engineering problems.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in product development and engineering R&D.
- Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, including presenting to stakeholders.
