Summary: The role involves recruiting Intermediate and Lead Quantity Surveyors in the London area to manage commercial and contractual aspects of prestigious construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage project budgets and cost codes; monitor costs.
- Forecast cost to complete and cash flow.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly client valuations/applications.
- Conduct Cost/Value Reconciliations (CVRs); report financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks/opportunities for optimal returns.
- Administer main and subcontracts, ensuring compliance and stepping down terms.
- Manage variation/compensation event mechanisms efficiently.
- Lead subcontractor procurement, tender analysis, and negotiation.
- Assess subcontractor payments and manage final accounts.
- Compile contractual correspondence (delays, loss and expense).
- Perform delay analysis and quantify loss and expense for claims (highly preferable).
- Handle subcontractor issues.
- Liaise regularly with clients and represent the company commercially.
- Manage and mentor junior commercial staff.

Key Skills:
