We’re looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in contract management to join a high-performing project team.

This role will suit someone commercially aware, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Its important that the right candidate has a Go-Getter attitude, this role requries somebody to be very proactive working across the different teams, isnt affraid to ask questions and fully involves themselves in the projects being worked on

Key Experience & Requirements

• Experience in subcontract management/Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management

Skills & Attributes

• Demonstrated success working effectively within team environments
• Previous experience of Contract Management/Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation
• Strong problem-solving ability and experience working cross-functionally as a key member of a project team
• Proactive, analytical, and creative approach to continuous improvement in subcontract procurement
• High level of independence, requiring minimal supervision from senior management
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risk
• Exceptional organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative
• Maintains a global mindset and strong cultural awareness
• Open to feedback, able to manage conflict professionally
