Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare budget estimates for civil projects.
• Prepare full building and civil tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities using SMM7, Vector, and NBS software.
• Perform post-contract duties such as monthly project valuations, financial reporting, and final account agreements.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures of Freedom Professional Services and its clients.
• Maintain professional competence in line with best practices and legislative changes.
• Fulfill CPD requirements of relevant institutions or professional bodies.

Key Skills:

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services using NEC3/4 and JCT contracts.
• Proficient in producing SMM7/NRM Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
• Driving Licence.
