Summary: Talentmark is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a 12-month contract with a multinational company, requiring a hybrid working arrangement with on-site presence in Wren Hall or Peterhead. The role involves client meetings, cost tracking, and coordination with various teams to ensure project delivery. Candidates should have extensive experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the energy sector, and must possess a valid driver's license for site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings and track early warnings and cost adjustment claims.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and client teams to obtain project information and resolve issues.
  • Support the Lead Contract Manager in identifying opportunities to recover entitlement and common pot claims.
  • Monitor milestones, assess programme slippage, and report impacts affecting project delivery.
  • Evaluate claims, benchmark rates and prices, and assess impacts on labour and equipment entitlements.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience within the energy sector is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent subcontract coordination and management skills.
  • Experience with standard and bespoke contracts.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for site travel.

Salary (Rate): £400 daily

Talentmark are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a multinational company, on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with some on-site requirements in both Wren Hall or Peterhead. Rates: £350-£400 ( OUTSIDE IR35 )

Quantity Surveyor Role:

  • Attending client meetings, tracking early warnings and cost adjustment claims.
