Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Track project costs against the budget and provide regular updates to senior management.

- Prepare and submit valuations, payment applications, and variations.
- Identify and assess commercial risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Skills:

About The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, youll be responsible for all commercial and financial aspects of our subcontracted works on the water treatment site. Youll work closely with the project management and site teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Cost Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Track project costs against the budget and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Contract Administration: Administer our subcontract, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Prepare and submit valuations, payment applications, and variations (compensation events).
- Risk Management: Identify and assess commercial risks and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Procurement: Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring value for money and compliance with project specifications.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve commercial disputes and claims in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
