Summary: This role is for a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager at an Engineering Services Organisation in Portsmouth, focusing on leading and developing the commercial function. The position involves managing projects and supporting the Senior Leadership Team in strategic development over the next 24 months. Candidates do not need active security clearance initially, but it will be required once in post. The role requires on-site presence five days a week.

About Butler Ross are pleased to be recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager on behalf of an Engineering Services Organisation based in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to lead and develop the commercial QS / Commercial function from the ground-up. This will involve handling the management of all projects, and supporting Senior Leadership Team to strategically develop the team over the next 24 months. You do not need currently active security clearance to be considered for this position, however this will be required whilst in post. The salary on offer for this position ranges from £65,000 - £75,000, with potential scope to exceed this for exceptional candidates. This position does require an individual to be on site 5-days a week.
