The Role

As The Quantity Surveyor, You’ll Manage project budgets and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts. Monitor and report on project financial performance and variances. Conduct risk assessments and implement cost-saving strategies. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate costs and ensure quality delivery.
