Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
