Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Freelance Quantity Surveyor – High Rise Scheme

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction contractor on a major high-rise residential development in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a landmark city centre project, working alongside an established commercial and project management team.
