The Role
As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial management of projects, working closely with the wider project and commercial teams to ensure costs, contracts and financial performance are effectively managed.
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within new build, cladding, facades or external works (not essential)
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Experience working within the construction industry
- Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Available to work from the Bristol office
