Responsibilities
- Update and maintain project quantity records and bill of quantities.
- Monitor installed quantities and construction progress.
- Verify quantities for variations, dayworks, NPs and CWOs.
- Monitor contractor labour hours and equipment utilisation.
- Produce and verify subcontractor progress statements and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures and contract requirements.
- Support Construction Management with construction feasibility reviews.
- Promote the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance.
Requirements
- 5-7 years' Quantity Surveying experience within the oil & gas, energy, renewables or major construction sectors.
- Experience with subcontractor measurement, commercial reporting and change management.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and documentation.
- Full UK right to work is essential.
