The role is available on a fixed-term contract with an immediate start. The position offers a daily rate between £300 and £400. The successful candidate will be integral to the delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial aspects of the £19m commercial scheme.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and submit cost reports and forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction environment.
