Summary: The Quantitative Finance Analyst at Fuse Energy will play a pivotal role in developing innovative finance systems while supporting financial reporting and compliance. This position involves working closely with the Head of Finance and contributing to various projects that enhance the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, experience with relevant software, and a passion for the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build finance systems to create a world-class finance management platform.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting processes, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash-flow.
• Ensure accurate balance sheet accounts and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Identify reporting deadlines for UK and International entities and ensure timely compliance with accounts and tax returns.
• Provide ad-hoc support for contract negotiations, financial modeling, and investor relations.

Key Skills:

• Experience with SQL, Python, Xero (or other accounting software), and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CA, CFA) is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking.
