About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Engineer / Quality Systems Coordinator to support a business-wide NADCAP implementation programme.
Working closely with the Project Lead, you will play a key role in delivering multiple work packages through process documentation, quality system updates, and continuous improvement activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing environments who is looking to further develop their knowledge of quality systems, compliance, and special process accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of NADCAP-related projects and work packages.
- Create and develop procedures, processes, and quality documentation from defined requirements.
- Review, update, and improve existing work instructions and process documentation.
- Assist with quality management system updates and document control activities.
- Coordinate actions and follow-ups with various internal departments and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and support the timely completion of implementation activities.
- Assist with audit preparation, documentation reviews, and evidence gathering.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Previous experience within a quality, engineering, manufacturing, or compliance environment.
Strong document writing and procedural development skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable
Exposure to NADCAP, AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality management systems.
Experience creating procedures, work instructions, and management system documentation.
Aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or special process experience.
Previous involvement in audit preparation or quality system implementation projects.
