Summary: The Quality Project Office Analyst role focuses on supporting the Quality Function within the Sizewell C Project by developing and maintaining a digital reporting suite. This position involves engaging with various business units to enhance reporting capabilities using PowerBI and ensuring timely report production for quality performance metrics. The analyst will collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to drive accountability and decision-making through effective data governance and reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolve and adapt existing reporting tools to optimise data entry
  • Identify and implement PowerBI reporting functionality across a range of data collection tools within the Quality Function
  • Regular maintenance and data refresh duties to service a broad range of internal customers
  • Continuously improve reporting in line with evolving Project demands from internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Quality Lead in managing developing a reporting development roadmap
  • Work collaboratively with all parties to manage and maintain PDO Quality reporting
  • Proactively identify, address and report any data quality/interface issues
  • Support the Quality Leads to define data characteristics required to report on PDO quality performance
  • Identify and share risks and opportunities to improve project delivery
  • Drive improvements into the Project using industry standards and best practice for data governance, assurance and reporting
  • Participate in the implementation of the Quality Department Digital tools

Job Purpose / Overview

The purpose of the role (aligned to Quality Support Officer Job Description) is to support the Quality Function in the Quality Project Office (QPO) developing and maintaining a digital reporting suite to ensure quality key performance indicators are readily available to a wide range of stakeholders within the Sizewell C Project.

The role will sit withing the Sizewell C Quality department, which constitutes a broad range of skilled quality management professionals, this role will provide support to the teams as a key data analytics service covering areas such as, audits, supply chain surveillance and non-conformance reporting. As the Project develops, this role will require engaging different parts of the business to scale self-serve PowerBI (and wider MS Office suite) reports to senior leaders to drive accountability and decision-making.

The QPO Business Analyst, working within the Quality Management team, in the Project Delivery Organisation's Quality function is responsible for ensuring timely and effective report production covering all activities within the scope of the PDO Quality team.

The key objective is to work alongside data owners within the Quality function and support them to consistently (safely, efficiently and right first time) provide reporting metrics that align with the Quality strategy and SZC project goals.

Principal Accountabilities
