Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Assurance: Drive all quality assurance efforts across the project.
- Develop & Implement Quality Plans: Create, review, and refine the project's Quality Plan, ensuring it meets all requirements.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for all client-related quality matters.
- Establish Standards: Set Project Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Implement Quality Control: Design and manage the project's quality control system, including handover procedures.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update all project management system documentation.
- Advisory Role: Guide the creation of other critical project documents like the Environmental, Health & Safety, Cost, and Risk Management Plans.
- Supplier Audits: Conduct quality system audits for all suppliers, including design consultants.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver quality training programs for project personnel.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in quality management within construction projects.
- Proven handover/closeout experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and control processes.

**Major Infrastructure project handover/closeout experience working for a construction main contractor is ESSENTIAL.
We're looking for a dedicated professional to oversee all quality assurance activities for a complex development that includes site remediation, new roads, bridges, flood defenses, utility connections (electricity, gas, communications, water), and extensive new parklands.
