Ranstad are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager with handover experience to work on a major land development infrastructure project in North London. Our client is a highly regarded Main Tier Contractor.

This is a freelance contract role expected to last 12-18 months.

**Major Infrastructure project handover/closeout experience working for a construction main contractor is ESSENTIAL.

We're looking for a dedicated professional to oversee all quality assurance activities for a complex development that includes site remediation, new roads, bridges, flood defenses, utility connections (electricity, gas, communications, water), and extensive new parklands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Assurance: Drive all quality assurance efforts across the project.

  • Develop & Implement Quality Plans: Create, review, and refine the project's Quality Plan, ensuring it meets all requirements.

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for all client-related quality matters.
