Summary: The Quality Manager will oversee QA/QC activities for significant infrastructure projects in the UK, ensuring adherence to client and industry standards while promoting continuous improvement. This role involves developing quality plans, managing documentation, and leading audits to support effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Health & Safety standards.
- Manage quality documentation, audits, and customer inspections.
- Drive root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee ISO 9001 QMS across multiple sites.
- Support tenders and align customer quality requirements with capabilities.
- Represent the business in client quality meetings and external audits.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Quality Management or related field.
