About the Role
As a key member of the Quality Governance & Oversight team, you will support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes across Global Development.
You'll partner with stakeholders to strengthen compliance, enhance quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality governance and oversight activities across Global Development.
- Manage quality events, investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA activities.
- Analyse quality metrics and trends, providing insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and report KPIs/KQIs to assess and improve QMS effectiveness.
- Facilitate governance meetings and present quality performance updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality systems, compliance, and process improvement.
- Review and assess procedural documents to ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Support training, inspection readiness, and regulatory inspection activities.
- Promote quality awareness and drive a strong quality culture across the organisation.
About You
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Compliance, Clinical Development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of GCP and/or GVP regulations, quality systems, governance, and compliance processes.
Experience managing quality events, CAPAs, root cause analysis, and quality metrics.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Experience mentoring or supervising colleagues is advantageous.
