Purpose of the Role:The purpose of this role is to manage the quality environment within allocated domain, ensuring quality measurement, reporting and improvement is robust to meet business requirements.Key Accountabilities Execution of the strategy as defined by domain leadEnsure quality policies within the domain exist and are maintainedIdentification of and development plans for ongoing master quality process improvementsCritical fields are fully documented in terms of how they relate to business KPIs or controls, and that business rules are owners are in placeReporting of quality status to appropriate stakeholdersEnsuring that quality issues are managed and resolved with identified the ownersContinually assess the needs for training and education in processes and execute with the support of the Process Change AgentWork closely with projects on Diageo Delivery Methodology deliverables to support the expansion of the domain workload as new processes and data elements are introducedExperience 3 years Management or related discipline experienceFluent Business EnglishStrong presentation and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced excel and access knowledgeExcellent understanding of data management disciplines and their business benefitUniversity or College DegreeAs a temporary contractor, you'll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manage most of our temporary contract hiring, you will not be employed by Diageo."
