Summary: The Quality Improvement Advisor at North London NHS Foundation Trust plays a pivotal role in advancing the Trust's Quality Improvement strategy, including the Brilliant Basics programme. This position involves providing leadership, coaching, and support to QI practitioners and clinical services to implement and scale improvement initiatives. The Advisor will also act as an internal expert on data and measurement for improvement, contributing to the development and deployment of the QI strategy. The role requires flexibility to work across various locations within North London as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, advice, and coaching to QI practitioners within the services.
- Support clinical services in delivering and scaling small changes tested in teams.
- Manage and support high-priority QI initiatives, including the Brilliant Basics programme.
- Act as an internal expert on data and measurement for improvement.
- Support QI leads in the services and contribute to the development of the QI strategy.
- Teach improvement science as part of the Trust’s internal expert resource.
- Represent the Trust QI Programme at internal and external events.
