Summary: The Quality Improvement Advisor at North London NHS Foundation Trust plays a pivotal role in advancing the Trust's Quality Improvement strategy, including the Brilliant Basics programme. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, advice, and coaching to QI practitioners within the services.
• Support clinical services in delivering and scaling small changes tested in teams.
• Manage and support high-priority QI initiatives, including the Brilliant Basics programme.
• Act as an internal expert on data and measurement for improvement.
• Support QI leads in the services and contribute to the development of the QI strategy.
• Teach improvement science as part of the Trust’s internal expert resource.
• Represent the Trust QI Programme at internal and external events.
