The Opportunity

A major retail transformation programme is underway to design and deliver a new, modern eCommerce platform, enabling a significantly enhanced digital customer experience. This project replaces existing capabilities with an integrated, scalable solution spanning digital channels, order management, payments, fulfilment, and last-mile operations. The initiative aims to deliver improved operational efficiency, website/app performance, and superior customer outcomes across all online channels.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application life cycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies. Your role includes defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, and engage across multiple teams to provide strategic solutions.
