Summary: The Quality Engineer – Electrical QC Inspector role is a 3-month contract position focused on ensuring quality assurance and control for electrical installations at the Alloa site. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting installations, signing off on test records, and supporting reporting functions while adhering to safety and site policies. This position requires collaboration with the Site Quality Manager and the Regional Manager of Quality. The role demands a strong background in electrical quality control and relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect electrical installations in accordance with ITP/ITR requirements.
• Sign off on ITRs using completions software.
• Review and approve test packs.
• Assist Site Quality in reporting to project and management teams.
• Participate in site meetings to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Adhere to all EH&S requirements, site policies, and restrictions at all times.

Key Skills:

• Strong background in Electrical / Instrumentation quality control.
• NVQ Level 3 / SVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical / Instrumentation.
• Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Hexagon Go-Completions.
• Familiarity with OpenText (training can be provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
