Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Plans
  • Lead and support Corrective & Preventative Actions (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys)
  • Analyse quality data to identify trends and implement process improvements
  • Support Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Contribute to and support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory aerospace standards

Key Skills:

  • Aerospace industry experience (essential)
  • Strong background in quality systems and tools (8D, 5Ys, CAPA)
  • Experience creating and managing Quality Plans
  • Proficient in evaluating data and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • APQP experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have an assignment available for Two Quality Engineer to support one of our Aerospace client by the South Coast.

About the Opportunity

Our client is looking for someone to develop Quality plans as part of their contractual requirements with the OEMs they supply. You will also be responsible for corrective and preventative actions and using quality data to improve processes.
