Key Responsibilities:
- Perform internal audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer-specific requirements.
- Investigate and resolve customer rejections, implementing effective and sustainable corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and manage corrective actions arising from audits, non-conformances, and quality issues.
- Manage internal non-conformance reports (NCRs) and collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Support and drive quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve operational performance.
Key Skills:
- Proven engineering experience, ideally within an aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of aerospace quality standards, including AS9100 and AS9102.
- Experience conducting internal audits and applying structured root cause analysis tools such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and work effectively across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
