Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer-specific requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer rejections, implementing effective and sustainable corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and manage corrective actions arising from audits, non-conformances, and quality issues.
  • Manage internal non-conformance reports (NCRs) and collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Support and drive quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve operational performance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven engineering experience, ideally within an aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of aerospace quality standards, including AS9100 and AS9102.
  • Experience conducting internal audits and applying structured root cause analysis tools such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and work effectively across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (30-minute unpaid lunch) Friday: 07:30 – 12:30

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
