Manpower are recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join a leading technology warehouse. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards before they are distributed. This is a full-time, hands-on role that involves performing inspections, monitoring processes, and working closely with warehouse teams to ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet required specifications.Identify, document, and report any quality issues or product defects.Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to address and resolve quality concerns.Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.Assist in the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and recommend enhancements.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.RequirementsExperience in quality control, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills to liaise with different teams.Basic understanding of technology products is advantageous.What We OfferMonday to Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours.Opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing industry.
