Inspection/Quality Control OperativeLocation: ThornliebankRate of Pay: 12phOur client is seeking someone with some inspection and quality experience preferably with an industrial background. This role is based in Thornliebank and there will be a requirement for overtime occasionally which is a 6am start so please bare this in mind when applying.Monday-Thursday 7.30am-4.45pm Friday 8am-12pm @ 12phLots of overtime available paid at Time 1/2 and double time after 4hrs on weekends.Responsibilities Quality inspection and ensuring the products are up to customer standards. Inspect finished goods post-production to identify and address any discrepancies. Clean, sand and finish painted products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform touch-ups on painted surfaces as necessary. Document inspection results and communicate with the production team.Requirements Keen eye for detail. Using initiative to assist the team. Experience in quality control or finishing work would be preferred. Ability to do some manual lifting.
